Robert Nierman is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of SBE Vision. His focus on strategic partnerships and a customer-first approach has been central to the company’s growth and its role as a pioneer in connected product lifecycle solutions.

Prior to co-founding SBE Vision, Robert held senior executive roles across the product lifecycle management and enterprise software sectors. He was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Metaphase Corporation and later served as Chief Operating Officer at both SDRC and Engineering Animation Incorporated (EAI). He also led global automotive initiatives as President of GS Global Automotive at EDS.

Widely known as a leader in PLM and enterprise software, Robert brings decades of experience building and scaling technology companies that deliver high-impact results for engineering and manufacturing organizations.

David Vredenburgh is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of SBE Vision, where he leads product strategy and technical innovation. He is the principal architect of the semantic modeling technology that underpins SBE Vision’s digital thread platform, enabling traceability and interoperability across complex engineering environments.

David has held senior technical leadership roles across several pioneering knowledge-based and model-driven engineering organizations. He served as Head of Research and Development at Wisdom Systems and RuleStream and held key technical roles at ICAD and SEAshell, where he focused on designing and delivering high-value systems for complex enterprise applications.

Recognized as a visionary in knowledge-based engineering, David has a proven track record of delivering high-value systems and is regarded as a premier architect of enterprise knowledge platforms.
